EMPLOYER REGISTRATION:  
The Career Services of Taylor’s University makes facilities and services available to all legitimate employers who wish to engage in recruiting activities to attract our students and graduates for internships or jobs. Recruiting activities include campus interviews, posting a job listing, employer information sessions. 

• Employers are expected to provide accurate and complete information concerning conditions of employment within their organisations. 
• If any information provided by the prospective employer is inaccurate, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, the University retains the absolute and unconditional right to henceforth terminate services provided or reasonable effort will be made to correct or remove it.
• The University is not an employment agency or recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site/services in meeting the employment objectives of the prospective employer. 
• In relations to employers representing insurance agencies, the University will liaise only with representatives from the umbrella/principal company. 
• The University Career Services expects all employers and their representative that use our services to abide by Malaysian labour laws or comply with own country’s federal and state employment laws.
• We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. By agreeing to this, you agree that each time you visit our portal; you shall be subject to, and bound by, the then current terms. Violation of any site policies or agreements may result in removal of account access.
•  This Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 
• Third Party Agencies: 
• Third Party Employment Services typically includes recruitment agencies, search firms, organisations, or individuals that recruit candidates for employment other than for their own needs. Third party recruiters must provide the name of the client organisation to the Career Services Centre, if requested to do so. The Career Services Centre will not disclose the name of the client organisation to anyone else unless required to do so by law. 
• The University does not accept job advertisements that request applicants to pay placement fees, processing fees or any other fees similar in nature, directly or indirectly, and/or force jobseekers to make purchases from the prospective employer. The University does not accept job advertisements that purportedly promote pyramid selling or similar schemes. 
• This Portal is limited to non-commercial, educational, research and job activities. Posting of spam messages or other commercial advertisements is a violation of these terms and may result in termination of your account.
• Positions advertised on this portal must comply with employment laws and conditions in the country where the work is carried out. 
• The content of advertisements is the complete responsibility of the employer or advertiser. 
•  In the spirit of higher education, it is essential that positions advertised on this portal must commensurate with the highest qualification of our students i.e. diploma/degree/post-graduate level. 
• Taylor’s University Career Services will not advertise the following: 
•  commission only jobs; 
•  "business/entrepreneurial opportunities" which require students to invest or purchase supplies 
• franchise ownership opportunities; 
• pyramid schemes; 
• work involving any illegal activity 
• The University Career Services reserves the right to refuse, or withdraw, any advertisement from our site for any reason without explanation 
• Although the jobs website is for Taylor’s students and graduates only, we cannot guarantee that others will not view and apply for advertised vacancies. Taylor’s University Career Services accepts no responsibility for screening applicants and gives no assurance as to the suitability of any student, graduate or other person who applies for any advertised position. 
• We reserve the right to contact you to request additional information or to keep you updated on changes to this portal. You may opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential communications by updating the settings in your account profile.
• THE JOB PLACEMENT PORTAL AND ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Taylor’s University does not warrant, and hereby disclaims any warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any good, service, or information obtained from this portal. The University does not warrant that the portal will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that the portal is free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of this portal is at your own risk.
• You agree that this portal administrator, Taylor’s University, shall have no liability for any consequential, indirect, punitive, special or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable (including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, errors, loss of data, or interruption in availability of data), arising out of or relating to your use of the portal or any resource that you access through the portal.
• This portal hosts content from a number of authors. The statements and views of these authors are theirs alone, and do not reflect the stances or policies of the University or their sponsors, nor does their posting imply the endorsement of the University or their sponsors.
• You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this portal, whether based in contract, tort, statutory or other law, will be governed by federal law and by the laws of the Malaysia, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. 

EMPLOYER SUBSCRIPTION
A)      Payment of subscription fees

• All payment shall be made online via Taylor’s SEEDS payment gateway.
• Advertisers shall be liable for full payment of fees from the commencement of the contracts and/or sales orders.
• Payment must be made notwithstanding any errors or omissions in the advertisements.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless specifically noted otherwise.
• No refund is allowed after payment is made.  

B) Taylor’s Career Services has the right to suspend or cancel your registration

• We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.
• You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing here (careerservices@taylors.edu.my). If you do so, you will be deactivated and will no longer have excess to the Taylor’s SEEDS Website.  

C)      Additional Terms applicable to Company Admin/ Employee Account

• You must be 18 years of age or above.
• You shall use Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database as provided in these Terms, in any contract you have with Taylor’s SEEDS.
• You shall use Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database in compliance with all laws including laws governing personal data.
• Taylor’s SEEDS grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access Taylor’s SEEDS Resume Database via Taylor’s SEEDS Website during the term of your contract, for the purpose of viewing and/or downloading a single copy of available Taylor’s SEEDS Profiles and resumes, solely for your use subject to the provisions of this Section.
• Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database is to be accessed and used solely by you. You will be provided with a unique link sent to your email that will permit you to access the Resume Database.
• You shall not share your Company Admin Account with any other party.
• You can create up to a maximum of three (3) employee login account for your colleagues. Each employee login account will receive a unique link to be sent to the registered employee email address to set the password that permit him/her to login to Taylor’s SEEDS.
• You agree that you shall not disclose any of the data from Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database to any third party, unless you are an authorized recruitment agency, or staffing agency or using Taylor’s SEEDS Profiles and resume explicitly for employment purposes only.

D) Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database shall not be used:-

• For any purpose other than as an employer and/or on behalf of an employer seeking employees; or to make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletter to Taylor’s SEEDS Student Profile or resume holders or to contact any individual unless they have agreed to be contacted.
• The data obtained from the Taylor’s Student Resume Database shall not be kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this Section. In this respect, you agree and undertake to delete, destroy and/or purge such data from your records.
• In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, Taylor’s Career Services reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including Taylor’s SEEDS Student Profile and resume views) that may be accessed by or provided to you in any given time period. These limits may be amended in Taylor’s SEEDS sole discretion from time to time.
• You may use your subscription to Taylor’s Student Resume Database only for seeking candidates for employment. You are specifically prohibited from using information contained in Taylor’s Student Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services or to take any other action that is, in Taylor’s Career Services sole judgment, inconsistent with these Terms, misleading or incomplete, or in violation of any laws or regulations. Taylor’s Career Services may terminate at their sole discretion if you use information contained to solicit, sell, promote or other reasons in their sole opinion is not within the terms of this agreement.
• Taylor’s Career Services may terminate, suspend, update, alter or supplement, at its sole discretion, all or any part of Taylor’s Student Resume Database at any time. All right, interest in and to the Taylor’s Student Resume Database is and shall remain in Taylor’s SEEDS.
