Career Services Centre, if requested to do so. The Career Services Centre
will not disclose the name of the client organisation to anyone else
unless required to do so by law.
The University does not accept job advertisements that
request applicants to pay placement fees, processing fees or any other
fees similar in nature, directly or indirectly, and/or force jobseekers to
make purchases from the prospective employer. The University does not
accept job advertisements that purportedly promote pyramid selling or

Terms applicable to Company Admin/ Employee Account
You must be 18 years of age or

Resume Database as provided in these Terms, in any contract you have with

Student Resume Database in compliance with all laws including laws governing
Taylor’s SEEDS grants you a
limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access Taylor’s
SEEDS Resume Database via Taylor’s SEEDS Website during the term of your
contract, for the purpose of viewing and/or downloading a single copy of
available Taylor’s SEEDS Profiles and resumes, solely for your use subject to
the provisions of this Section.
Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume
Database is to be accessed and used solely by you. You will be provided with a
unique link sent to your email that will permit you to access the Resume
You shall not share your Company
Admin Account with any other party.
You can create up to a maximum of three (3) employee login
account for your colleagues. Each employee login account will receive a unique
link to be sent to the registered employee email address to set the password
that permit him/her to login to Taylor’s SEEDS.
You agree that you shall not
disclose any of the data from Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database to any
third party, unless you are an authorized recruitment agency, or staffing
agency or using Taylor’s SEEDS Profiles and resume explicitly for
employment purposes only.
D) Taylor’s SEEDS Student Resume Database shall not be used:-
For any purpose other than as an
employer and/or on behalf of an employer seeking employees; or to make
unsolicited phone calls or faxes or send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletter
to Taylor’s SEEDS Student Profile or resume holders or to contact any
individual unless they have agreed to be contacted.
The data obtained from the Taylor’s
Student Resume Database shall not be kept longer than is necessary for the
fulfillment of the purposes set out in this Section. In this respect, you agree
and undertake to delete, destroy and/or purge such data from your records.
In order to ensure a safe and
effective experience for all of our customers, Taylor’s Career Services
reserves the right to limit the amount of data (including Taylor’s SEEDS
Student Profile and resume views) that may be accessed by or provided to you in
any given time period. These limits may be amended in Taylor’s SEEDS sole
discretion from time to time.
You may use your subscription to Taylor’s
Student Resume Database only for seeking candidates for employment. You are
specifically prohibited from using information contained in Taylor’s Student
Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services or to take any
other action that is, in Taylor’s Career Services sole judgment, inconsistent
with these Terms, misleading or incomplete, or in violation of any laws or
regulations. Taylor’s Career Services may terminate at their sole discretion if
you use information contained to solicit, sell, promote or other reasons in
their sole opinion is not within the terms of this agreement.
Taylor’s Career Services may
terminate, suspend, update, alter or supplement, at its sole discretion, all or
any part of Taylor’s Student Resume Database at any time. All right, interest
